Artaius Advisors

Wayne E. Yang Principal Mr. Yang is the founder of Artaius Advisors. Prior to founding Artaius, Mr. Yang was head of research at Hamilton Lane, a private equity advisory firm with more than $84 billion in total assets under management / under advisory (including $13 billion in managed accounts). Mr. Yang has worked for private equity firm Pegasus Capital Advisors, where he analyzed the publicly-traded bank debt, bonds and equities of distressed companies and monitored the firm's trading positions. Prior to Pegasus, Mr. Yang specialized in mezzanine underwriting and investing for merchant banking boutique Libra Investments. He also worked in the leveraged finance, corporate banking and global derivatives groups in New York and Zurich for Union Bank of Switzerland. Mr. Yang holds a bachelors from the University of South Carolina and a masters from Cornell University.
